The guiding document focuses on safer supply services administered by a network of primary care clinicians and delivered out of community health centres and primary care clinics. To provide resources for potential care providers, the document includes sample inclusion criteria, contraindications, risk reduction strategies (including risks related to diversion), and initiation and titration protocols.
