          Constatations/points à retenir
While there are concepts published dealing with stimulant drugs on a regulatory perspective (Haden, 2008; Transform, 2020), technological aspects dealing with concentration, formulation, devices etc. were only partially addressed and leave much room for theoretical and practical research. Particularly with regard to cocaine, such technical aspects make a big difference in pharmacological effects and potential health implications. This theoretical concept shows that innovation and engineering are required in the world of drug policy reform and harm reduction as much as in many other areas, such as sustainable agriculture and energy transition.
