Perfect sense: The case for sensationalising telephone interventions for people with alcohol and other drug issues

Little attention has been paid to clients' capacities to engage in telephone interventions. Many people in this population have sensory processing patterns outside population normss and may miss sensory cues, which could result in difficulties attending to, registering and remembering directions relayed over the phone via only verbal input.
